Investors Clinic (IC), a renowned real estate consultancy firm, ran a month-long campaign called Flat 983 on Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM to find and recognise a COVID Warrior who has selflessly and diligently served society in these extraordinary times. Himanshu and Twinkle Kalia of Delhi, winners of FLAT 983 for providing free ambulance services to COVID patients, received the keys to a flat from Investors Clinic. The winner was chosen by public vote among the six finalists after a month-long campaign.
Investors Clinic has been conducting this campaign with Radio Mirchi for the past five years. Throughout the previous five seasons, the firm has recognised the efforts of numerous civil society groups and people. The property was given to the family of a Martyred Army Officer last year by the corporation.

Although the times have been difficult, some people have risen beyond their station and aided others throughout the COVID epidemic. This campaign has been operating to recognise the contributions of a few extraordinary people and to highlight their effect on society. This year, we've decided to honour COVID Warriors' contributions.

The theme for this year’s Flat 983 campaign was around COVID Warriors. Investors Clinic received more than 100 entries and six entries were finalized by the Jury which included – Himanshu Kalia and Twinkle Kalia (fondly known as Ambulance couple) for providing Free Ambulance Service; Vasundhara and Kunal Bose, Kvaab Welfare Foundation for working for distress animals; Rakesh – COVID Sample Collector, Paramedical Staff who collected more than 10k samples; Padma Shri Awardee Dr Jitender Singh Shunty, President Shaheed Bhagat Singh Seva Dal; and Usha Gupta, Pickle Lady who helped more than 65k families.
While people are running the race of life to earn a living and become successful, there are few who selflessly contribute towards the society. It is important to recognize such work, so that they turn out to be inspiration for more and more people and create for warriors for the society. This was the reason behind FLAT 983 campaign.
