  1. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  2. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
  3. Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  4. Report on sales activities to senior management
  5. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  6. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  7. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  9. Collecting customer feedback and market research
  10. Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Job description :

1) To write persuasive content for the website which is logical, relevant, catchy and error free

2) To research and create an innovative content

3) To brainstorm and generate the new ideas for content generation and marketing

4) To ensure that the content is grammatically correct, creative and required proof-reading is done

5) To have a good hands on SEO & SEM

6) Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field.

  • To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
  • To do the reconciliation of PF and ESIC details.
  • To take care of registration of branches in Shops and Establishment Act and its compliance.
  • To be updated about the minimum wages and its implementation.
  • To Laison with Government Authorities and Legal Consultants.
  • Should be presentable. Should have good comm skills.

Essential Skills :

1. Regular MBA in HR
2. 2 to 3 years HR compliance handling experience, preferably in a sales organization.
